M/S. Hi-Tech Engineers and Fabricators was established in the year 1992 by Mr. K.K. Jose. We have enhanced our production capacity in the year 1994 with extra man power and machineries to meet the demands. At present we have achieved nearly 80% of our product capacity. We have expanded our area of operation at our new plant in Wimco Thiruvottiyur. We have employed technical persons of high reputation. We concentrate our quality at each and every stage. Our strong belief in close working partnerships with customers, employees and suppliers have equipped the company with unparalleled standards of service, technical ability, quality and innovative thinking. We offer the peace of mind, confidence, and reliability that come with experience and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  •   We have enhanced our production capacity in the year 1999 from 200MT to 720 MT per annum.
  •   We are going for a huge expansion in our plant at Kakkalur Industrial Estate.
  •   We have employed technical persons of high reputation. We have obtained I.S.O. 9001: 2015 Certificate.We concentrate our quality at each and every stage.

MACHINE SHOP

Our Strength

Hi-Tech has a well equipped machine shop. Our major clients are M/S. ASHOK LEYLAND FOUNDRY DIVISION, M/S. Universal gauges and instruments, M/S. NTECL, M/S. PRIME MEIDEN LTD., WILSON POWER DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS (WPDT). We manufacture most precision products and special tools.

Hi-Tech has lathes (Heavy and Medium duty), universal milling, drilling, band saw cutting and bench grinding and all necessary tools and machineries to make finished products possible. Factory area is 2400sq.ft with 33hp power source along with storage capacity. We are a 11 member team, with 6 members being permanent employees and 5 contract employees.
