We are involved into making of precision forgings, machined forgings section which is made using best quality raw materials. This section has wide range of applications. We provide best precision forging sections which are used for shaping metals. Our wide range of products include precision forgings, machined forgings etc.

Raw Material

We have arrangements with the main products (Viz) M/S. RINL, SUNFLAG and others directly to procure our required raw material. Hi- Tech produces forgings in Carbon, Alloy, Micro Alloy and stainless steels. We are also making forays into the field of non ferrous forgings.

Forgings

Hi-Tech’s ancillary unit is a major player in closed die forgings. Most of forgings are supplied to Ennore foundries Ltd., L&T group companies, Amalgamation. We forge anything and everything in the range of 0.20 kg to 5.0 kg. Hi-Tech has the necessary equipments and technology to cater to the needs of its customers.

Sheet Metal

Hi-Tech ancillary unit providing sheet metal works equipment with specialized die maker and turners and qualified technical operators. Hi-Tech ancillary unit has sheeting machine, power press different categories, heavy duty lathe, shaping, drilling, surface grinding, M1 TR milling bridge port with 40hp power with 3500sq. ft area of operation.

Machining

Semi-machined and fully machined stages in various grades of Carbon, Alloy, micro Alloy and stainless steels in the weight range of 0.20 Kg to 5 Kg. Hi-Tech machine shop also involves in manufacturing precision products and also sheet metal components for the automobile industry.
